Your Right to Data Deletion

At AdaptiveReply, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK / Law No. 6698), and all other applicable data protection laws and regulations.

You have the right to request the deletion of all personal data that we have collected and stored about you, including any data obtained through Meta (Facebook and Instagram) platform integrations.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon a valid data deletion request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:

• Account information (name, email address, password hash)
• Connected social media account data (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business Accounts, access tokens, page identifiers)
• Messages and conversation history
• Contact information collected through connected platforms
• Posts, comments, and engagement data
• Bot configurations and automation settings
• Analytics and usage data
• Any other personal data stored in our systems

How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

To request the deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Please include the following information in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your AdaptiveReply account
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted (or specify "all data")
• Any additional information that may help us identify your account

Processing Your Request

Once we receive your data deletion request, we will:

• Verify your identity to ensure the security of your data.
• Acknowledge your request within 3 business days.
• Process and complete the deletion within 30 days of receiving the verified request, in compliance with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) and KVKK Article 7.
• Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Exceptions

In certain limited circumstances, we may be required to retain some data to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. If any such exception applies, we will inform you and explain the legal basis for retention.

Meta Platform Data

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account through our platform, we will also delete all Meta Platform Data associated with your account, including but not limited to Meta user IDs, page access tokens, profile information, messages, and any other data received through Meta APIs. This is in compliance with Meta's Platform Terms and data handling requirements.

You can also manage your app connections directly through your Facebook or Instagram account settings at any time.
