    It is one script tag, ready in the Web Chat screen.

  2. Paste it into your site

    Add it to your site’s template so it loads on the pages you want.

  3. Allow your domain

    List the domains that may show the widget. Chats start arriving in your inbox.

  • Works on any site where you can add a script, including Shopify stores.
  • Takes your brand colours, a teaser message with a delay and up to four quick replies.
  • Hands a chat to your team as a case when a person is needed.

What it does not do

  • It cannot be installed where you cannot add a script to the page.
  • It has no opening-hours schedule of its own; the assistant answers whenever a visitor writes.

  1. Step 1

    Open Web Chat, set the look and copy the snippet.

  2. Step 2

    Paste it into your website and add the site’s domain to the allowed domains.

  3. Step 3

    Open your site, send a test message and see it arrive in Messages.

Does the widget work with my website builder?

It works wherever you can add a script tag to the page. Paste the snippet once in your site’s template. For Shopify stores it can be installed from the Web Chat screen.

Can I control where the widget appears?

Yes. You list the domains that are allowed to show it, and it loads on the pages where you place the script.
