A CRM pipeline where deals start in the conversation

The AdaptiveReply CRM is a board of deals: each card is a deal and each column a stage of your sales process. Deals are created from conversations, by the assistant or by your team, and stay linked to the customer and the messages that started them.

How it works

CRM pipeline: how it works

  1. A request becomes a deal

When a customer wants to buy, the assistant records the request as a deal for your team to confirm.

  2. Move it through your stages

Drag the card from column to column as the sale moves forward.

  3. Open the card for context

The customer, the conversation and the notes sit behind every deal.

Animated demo: the AI assistant creates a deal card from a WhatsApp conversation, the card is dragged across the pipeline stages and dropped on Won, and the won total updates.
Honest limits

What it does, and what it does not

What it does

  • Saves each person as a contact the first time they write, with tags you can filter by.
  • Lets the owner require fields or a manager’s approval before a deal enters a stage.
  • Assigns deals to a teammate or a team.

What it does not do

  • The assistant does not close sales or take payment. It records what the customer wants; a person confirms it.
  • It is not an accounting or invoicing tool.
Setup

CRM pipeline: getting started

  1. Step 1

Open Sales & Deals and set the stages of your own sales process.

  2. Step 2

Let the assistant record requests, and add deals yourself from any conversation.

  3. Step 3

Optionally add stage rules in Team & Tasks: required fields or an approval.

You need an AdaptiveReply account for these steps. Starting is free: the Free plan covers 10 customers and 1 team member, with no credit card.

CRM pipeline: common questions

Can the assistant create deals on its own?

Yes. When a customer states what they want, it records the request as a deal with their details. A person on your team confirms it; the assistant does not finalise orders.

Do I need a separate CRM?

Not for following conversations through to a sale: contacts, deals, cases and appointments live in the same workspace as the inbox. AdaptiveReply does not do invoicing or accounting.
