What it does
- Syncs products, prices, orders and customers from WooCommerce.
- Updates on changes sent by your store, with a full check every 30 minutes.
- Deactivates catalog items that are removed from the store.
The WooCommerce integration syncs your store’s products, prices, orders and customers into AdaptiveReply through the WooCommerce REST API. Your AI assistant then answers product questions on every connected channel from your own catalog, with the current price and whether the item is on sale.
In WordPress, generate a WooCommerce key and copy the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Add your store URL and the two keys. Your products are imported.
Customers get the current price and availability in the chat.
Step 1
In WordPress, go to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → REST API and generate a key.
Step 2
In AdaptiveReply, open Connected Accounts, press Connect WooCommerce and enter the store URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret.
Step 3
Link the synced catalog to your assistant and publish.
You need an AdaptiveReply account for these steps. Starting is free: the Free plan covers 10 customers and 1 team member, with no credit card.
No. The sync is read-only: products, orders and customers are copied into AdaptiveReply and nothing is written back.
Product questions: what you sell, the current price and whether an item is on sale. It does not look up order or shipping status from synced orders.
The assistant answers price and availability questions from your catalog. Send it a product photo and it finds the match and replies with name and price.
