For online stores: product questions answered from your own catalog

For an online store, AdaptiveReply connects your Shopify, ikas, Ticimax or WooCommerce catalog to Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, email and web chat. The AI assistant answers price, size and availability questions from your own products, even from a photo, and passes ready buyers to your team as a request to confirm.

How it works

E-commerce: how it works

  1. Connect your store and channels

Products and prices sync into the catalog; messages arrive in one inbox.

  2. Customers ask, or send a photo

The assistant finds the product and answers with its current price and availability.

  3. A ready buyer becomes a request

The assistant records what they want as a deal, and your team confirms it.

Animated demo: a Shopify store is connected, its products and prices sync into the catalog, a price changed in the store is updated in the catalog and one product goes off sale, and the AI assistant answers a customer with the current price and availability.
Honest limits

What it does, and what it does not

What it does

  • Answers product questions from your synced catalog on every connected channel.
  • Recognises a product from a customer’s photo when the catalog has product images.
  • Knows which product a customer means when they reply to a tagged post, story or ad.

What it does not do

  • It does not place orders or take payment: it records the request and a person confirms it.
  • It knows whether a product is available or not on sale, not how many are left, and it does not look up shipping status from synced orders.

E-commerce: common questions

Can the assistant take orders for my store?

No. It answers product questions and records what the customer wants as a request, with their details. Someone on your team confirms it; the assistant does not create orders or take payment.

Does the assistant know my stock levels?

It knows whether each product is available or not on sale, and its current price. It does not quote how many items are left.
